my visit here felt so dear. breakfasts had variety and were delicious. it felt excellent to sleep in the spacious and stylish apartments. i found serife particularly friendly and her professionalism glowed, a warm heart.

helpful staff nice room top floor easy transportation
the staff provided helpful service. my room received an upgrade and it was very nice, located on the top floor with a beautiful view. the hotel is conveniently located only two minutes from the metro station . the value for the money was good.
the room cleaning seemed rushed , leaving surfaces a bit dirty as if just wiped over.

comfy bed convenient location daily change excellent menu
The comfy beds ensured restful nights! The location offered super convenient access to the metro right in front of the hotel, and I found a grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks easily accessible. I especially liked the daily change of bed linen. The restaurant downstairs has a good menu.
The receptionist staff were not friendly! or cute upon my arrival. They weren't helpful in guiding me to the hotel facilities.

The hotel included a metro station about 100 meters away. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast was included, a plus. The staff, including the reception and restaurant teams, were helpful..
The gym changing rooms needed more frequent checks. Shower gel was not refilled .

The staff proved very helpful . i received an upgrade to a very nice room on the top floor. It included a beautiful view. the hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the metro station (about two minutes), which simplifies city travel. i considered the experience good value for the money.
the breakfast selection could use more variety.
