the staff was very helpful . i was upgraded to a very nice room located on the top floor with a beautiful view. the hotel is located just a short walk from the metro station, which proved to be very convenient. it was good value.
the air conditioning in my room was not working, an issue. i contacted the front desk multiple times. i wish they had resolved it quicker.

the staff provided helpful service. my room received an upgrade and it was very nice, located on the top floor with a beautiful view. the hotel is conveniently located only two minutes from the metro station . the value for the money was good.
the room cleaning seemed rushed , leaving surfaces a bit dirty as if just wiped over.

The comfy beds ensured restful nights! The location offered super convenient access to the metro right in front of the hotel, and I found a grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks easily accessible. I especially liked the daily change of bed linen. The restaurant downstairs has a good menu.
The receptionist staff were not friendly! or cute upon my arrival. They weren't helpful in guiding me to the hotel facilities.
